About
The Marketing Debate is a blog that takes an honest and thought provoking look at the constantly changing, often confusing, world of online and mobile marketing.
It doesn’t attempt to cover all the week’s stories or pretend to have all the answers. What we think it’s good at is digging around the most interesting issues, campaigns and views to maybe unearth a new perspective. Creating a little bit of a stir to help clarify thinking and spark new ideas.
Launched in January 2010 this blog is run by Matt Brocklehurst. Matt has twenty years marketing experience working for dot.com start-ups as well as for the Financial Times, Thomson Reuters, Yahoo!, the search marketing agency Latitude and is currently at Google in the AdMob team. His articles have appeared in Marketing, Marketing Week, NMA, Journal du Net and Revolution and he has blogged for websites including AdMob, Latitude, Travolution, E-Consultancy and Mobile Marketing.
The views contained in the articles do not reflect the opinions of the employer.
The Marketing Debate is a sister blog to The Money Debate that looks at the financial sector, the businesses within the sector and how those businesses are regulated.
